What are three points of pride in your library?

  • We're very proud of our hardworking student staff, our comprehensive information literacy program, and our beautiful stained glass window commemorating our namesake, Mary Julia Baldwin.

What is the most popular spot in the library for users?

  • Students love to sit near our two-story windows, which let in a lot of natural light and show a beautiful view over Staunton.

Which VIVA resource or service do we value the most, and why?

  • Many of VIVA's resources and services are invaluable to us, so it's hard to pick just one! There's the breadth of multidisciplinary coverage in the EBSCO databases as well as the more specialized science and social science coverage in Wiley. And, of course, our students love the speed afforded from the VIVA ILL network.
