ILL Statistics: Data on VIVA Borrowing and Lending

There is a variety of reports.  Starting with FY13, VIVA has been able to provide detailed monthly statistics for both in-group and out-of-group borrowing and lending. Originals are items that can be returned, most often a physical book or media item, and copies are non-returnables, or items that are sent one direction by the library, such as articles or chapters.
