What are three points of pride in your library?

  • We don’t have just one library, we have 4!  All of them are great places to work and have lots of windows that let in massive amounts of natural light with study spaces that make it easy for students who want to study in groups  and quiet spaces for those who want to study alone.
  • Our incredibly friendly and helpful staff that work hard to provide support to everyone and go the extra mile to help students find the information they need.
  • Our ability to satisfy our students and faculties’ desires and needs.  We are able to rapidly fulfill Interlibrary Loan requests and when students asked us to include Manga in our collection, we happily obliged and those books are being used all the time! 

What is the most popular spot in the library for users?

  • Students love our study rooms and the comfy chairs we have scattered around.  We also provide easy access to electrical outlets and charging stations so students can charge their devices.

Which VIVA resource or service do we value the most, and why?

  • EBSCO Academic Search Complete is the one essential resource we can’t live without! That is the source we always tell students to start from and is everyone’s favorite.  It’s easy to use, it lets us email articles and citations and it covers a wide range of subjects.  Students, faculty, and staff love it!
