Budget and Operations Manager

Cutrice hails from Washington, DC and has over 18 years of experience in finance and budget management.  Her responsibilities within VIVA include designing effective budget models and analyzing financial information to ensure that all operations are within the available resources. 

Prior to joining VIVA, Cutrice was a Bookkeeper/Office Manager for Virginia Beach City Public Schools, and prior to that she was a Financial Educator for Army Community Services in Darmstadt, Germany.

Cutrice holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Strayer University.
