We are excited to announce that as part of the Social Sciences RFP, VIVA has a new ten-year contract for EconLit Index through ProQuest. EconLit with Full Text is now an opt in product via EBSCO.

 SUMMARY: VIVA has a new ten-year contract with ProQuest for EconLit. Published by the American Economic Association, EconLit provides bibliographic coverage of a wide range of economics-related literature. This version of EconLit is the index only; however, institutions with local subscriptions to ProQuest ABI/INFORM Global will have full-text access to many articles. This product replaces VIVA’s subscription to EconLit with Full Text on the EBSCOhost platform. Opt-in pricing for EBSCO EconLit with Full Text is available for institutions that wish to continue with this product.

 Additional opt-in products such as Social Sciences Premium Collection with negotiated pricing are also available.

 INSTITUTIONS AFFECTED: All public institutions have access to this resource. Discounted opt-in pricing for private institutions is available. The deadline for private institutions to opt in to EconLit is May 1, 2025.
