This RFP solicited sealed proposals from qualified sources to establish contract(s) through competitive negotiations for the Virtual Library of Virginia (VIVA) to license and acquire online access to CINAHL, ERIC, MLA, PsycINFO, and Sociological Abstracts. VIVA also reserves the option to acquire other databases from the selected contractor(s) as needs are identified within the VIVA user community.
