VIVA Outreach Committee

The Outreach Committee of the VirtualLibrary of Virginia (VIVA) is committed to elevating the consortium’s visibility and impact through thoughtful, inclusive, and strategically developed programming. Central to its mission is the creation and coordination of events—such as annual community forums and gatherings for shared reflection–that provide meaningful opportunities for professional exchange and community building among Virginia’s academic library professionals.

By cultivating engaging programs and a visible statewide presence, the committee strengthens relationships across institutions, showcases VIVA’s contributions to higher education, and raises awareness of the resources and initiatives that support academic success throughout the Commonwealth.
