VIVA Request For Proposal, Database and E-Journal Provider(s) (March 2005)

This RFP solicited sealed proposals from qualified sources to establish contract(s) through competitive negotiations for the Virtual Library of Virginia (VIVA) to license and acquire online access to CINAHL, ERIC, PsycINFO, and PsycARTICLES. VIVA also reserves the option to acquire other databases from selected contractor(s) as needs are specified within the VIVA user community.
