The VIVA contract provides this resource for all public institutions paid out of central funds plus a member cost share as well as the private nonprofit colleges and university participating in the Pooled Funds program. Public and private institutions can opt in to Mergent Intellect. Investext Snapshot access ended in March 2021, and Intellect access ended on September 30, 2021. On July 1, 2025, Mergent Online transitioned to a new platform called Market Atlas.
